I decided to check out two of the 24 TRAD team leagues with respect PB value total. What I discovered was that the overall average PB value is lower as expected than in the 20 team leagues. The value appears to be about 62-63. I did F18 and Champs.

More interesting is that in F18 the DH and non-DH teams had virtually identical PB values while in Champs the DH league was 6 PB points higher. More study is required here if it is even a concern. I would say, in my small sampling, that DH leagues will generally have a higher PB value - does this need to be addressed in any contraction or any other one of the proposals floating around?
