The two teams I have that would be hurt by the cap have combined for 5 division titles in the last 2 years but only one championship. Why? Because once you get to the playoffs its about luck.

The idea that I would be penalized for building a good team is rough. Compounding that with the fact that my "super teams that must be cut down to make it fair for everyone else" have only been able to win one championship makes it even more frustrating.

It sort of takes the incentive out of trying. You're like... "geez... I have to have a ton of talent to win the thing... but if I acquire a ton of talent I'm just going to have to drop it the next year."

More importantly ... To establish a new cut for this year at this late date is unfair to those that have made moves based on the current rules. If you want to make a major change like this you need to have six months notice so people can plan accordingly.
