Hold On.

A little concerned of what I'm reading. Each manager with the worst record doesn't necessarily mean you have a bad manager. An example of one of my teams:
In Aaron 12, about 2 seasons ago: I had a core lineup that looked like this:
Salmon, Alou, Dye, Darryl Hamilton in the outfield.
Jeter Short
Eric Young 2nd.
Russ Davis 3rd
1st base can't remember.(Fullmer ?)
Catcher Fletcher.
Pitching: Kenny Rogers
James Baldwin
Joey Hamilton
Jamey Moyer
Orel Herschisier

Rivera Bullpen

Was a Competitive team. Extremely old, but had a chance to win. Looking at that line-up you can probably realize by the all-star break, I'm not going to have much for the next year. Based on this strategy, I'm wouldn't be able to afford to upgrade my team to make a run for the penant, since it would assure that I would be on the border line of being kicked out of the league the following year. There are going to be exceptions but this would actually mean I would have to tank the season in order to not get kicked out the following year.... I'm thankful I didn't come in last because I would have ended up losing my team, when a lot of those players ended up having a comeback year the following year.
