I like the concept of limiting the PBR of teams in the off-season ( 120 in a 20 team league) to help balance the league. I wish we would go even farther, limiting to 110 or 115 for example. It forces us to manage like a small market GM. (Perhaps the fact that I work one block from the Metrodome has me thinking this way.) Managers of teams with a lot of talent are forced to make some tough decisions and helps to balance the league. To help balance the loss, perhaps the FA draft would be structured to allow the team with the BEST record drafting first (talk about anti-tanking) to reflect the fact that teams that win bring in revenue and can afford the free agents. What do you think?
