You would not be kicked out of the league.. you would just be moved to a different team. In a league like this people would have to understand that you are simply a hired manager.. not the owner, GM and team manager all in one. Managers would have to understand that (just as in real life) a team is not yours to control for eternity and you could get fired. Sometimes it might not be fair given certain circumstances (again just like real life). I admit that the idea isn't for everyone. I believe that it would add an extra level of depth to the game, with different challenges and rewards than what currently exists.

I also am not suggesting this as any type of freebie or that all leagues be run this way. It's something that would make me personally fork out money for another team if it could be tried. However.. the idea does not seem to have much support.. making it a not-starter. That's ok.
