I get the impression, reading this board that most owners are in agreement with you. I have been in the minority on the cap issue. It has been an excellent discussion, but MB doesn't seem to interested in altering the rules where the cap is concerned. (He didn't actually say he was opposed to changing the current cap, I am implying this from the discussions that we had on the topic. If I am mispresenting the view of MB I truly apoligize.) I am not sure that a cap of 130% would change much, but at the same token a lot of you don't seem to want all that much to change. The discussion seems to have brought that out. Hopefully, we all learned a little about the direction we want the sim league we participate in to go.
