Too Subjective
I just proposed an idea in 1 paragraph and not written in stone. Perhaps it could be modified to be less of a "bureaucratic nightmare." Mike, even in his position of Commish, is knowing or unknowingly letting subjective thinking alter his rulings, sometimes to no negative effect and sometimes otherwise. There have been rare instances where the explicit stated rules have not been followed, sometimes based on pressure or persuasion from managers involved. Mike is very familiar with some owners and not so with others, some owners are very vocal and pushy and some are not. I feel that sometimes can play a role. Personally, I accept most of Mike's decisions and when I don't, I would like some chance (albeit slim) of an overturn.
