In regards to PB salary caps - they are totally ineffective. Would Mike approve the Millwood trade - probably not?

Tough Luck rule - losing 1 game is one thing...did you lose the playoof series? What if the outcome of that determined whether or not your team made the playoffs or not - still say so what?

Schedules already suffer from delays - a Review Panel would need to be fair, decisive and fast-acting, I personally would hope there are 4 owners that meet that critieria and would serve in an effort to promote PB!

Just a game - you're right but a lot of energy goes into this game, much more so for some than others.
