I vote yes for contraction. If we start with 20 managers (leaving 4 unmanaged) we will probably end with less. If contraction is good for the other leagues, what makes K-17 different?

I would hope that Mike does not let an existing manager pick up a team at this time just to keep the league at 24. I have no problem with 98T-1, though I should - look at my PB team value.

Frankly, I'm totally frustated during the season when I get to play an unmanaged team or try to trade with a "ghost".
