A while back I asked for volunteers to be commish and reporter in your leagues.
The commish reports teams in need of roster moves as well as possible “tanking” (leaving good players on the farm in an apparent effort to lose games).
The reporter posts (league forum and system wide discussion board if they wish) league news on races, trades, playoffs, drafts etc.

So far several leagues have been improved by the efforts of these volunteers. Below is a complete list of league commish/reporters. If there has been no volunteer in your league please step forward and post your desire to help on the discussion board.
