What does that mean ?
That's a long list of possible first rounders which I think is an indication of how WEAK a draft this is. There are 5 players who can help this year:
Hinske
Prior
Kearns
Lackey
Perez
The rest of them are a crapshoot. The most highly touted ones (Blalock,Burroughs) had horrible seasons and it's a question whether they'll be good. Phillips & Martinez have opportunity problems in Cleveland and may start in AAA, meaning they're potentially of no use for 2 years. There are a lot pitchers who might pan out but that's like a lottery ticket. Good luck. The most impressive one of the bunch is a reliever who won't help this year and is still young and on the wrong side of the injury nexus.
It may turn out well but for most it'll be a long wait & the odds of success are long.
