The league reporter/commish is charged with helping me keep up with "holes" in these teams as well as helping keep up with unmanaged teams.

Many leagues do not have reporters but I still get reports of problems from managers---often weeks after they need help because their opponents preferred beating them up rather than letting me know they needed help...

In any case the combination of the contraction drafts and hopefully a new exciting entry level game (Instant Game) due out this spring/summer (?) will make for far considerably less unmanaged and neglected teams.
