Rick,
When you are building your draft lists, you use conditional drops when you don't wnat to become overloaded in one position. For example, if you have two catchers and you plan on drafting a third, then you may put 2,3 or 4 catchers on the draft list. By setting conditional drops, if you get your first choice, then the draft list will drop the othe catchers from you list.
