two thoughts here..first and biggest problem that would be cause by few hold players if a team owner happend to get his hands on 5 or 6 super stars, with only 15 hold players there you go a dynasty. Then there is the problem of alot of teams holding on to all the good young talent so other teams would just sell out and draft anything that looks menacing with a bat or a ball anything to help them win that year, pretty much turning it in to a "Launch League". by seasons end your have quite a few worthless teams. So there you go alot of guys would be holding on to all the good young talent while others draft anything to help them win but your have a few teams with a core of super stars who probably will keep winning until their stars stop shining which could take some time. For example a team has A. Soriano 2b, Rodriguez SS, Chavez 3rd, Berkman outfield and say Randy Johnson and Schillings. ofcourse a couple more quality players to boot, they draft a few one year wonders to fill some holes and who's going to beat them?
