To make this a true SIM of MLB:

Why not have the monthly charge for PB be based on the PB value of your team.

That way those who want to build powerhouses would find an easier time as other managers tried to get by on the cheap and unloaded their high priced (high PB) value players.

This would simulate for instance the way the Yankees build their team and the way Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Montreal, Florida et al. unload expensive talent.

Those who can afford to pay the price could build a true powerhouse.

Yankee fans at least must think this would be a good idea. Maybe Cub fans also?
