Cub fans would have to pay a lot of money for lousy teams and could only draft players who were either has-beens or never-were's. Occasionally they could draft good young players, but they couldn't start them if they were position players, but rather would have to exile them to Iowa.
If they were pitchers, they could only use them until they pitched their arms off.
