Can the commish step in when a launch league team goes out of its way to draft a terrible team? In launch league 21 we have a team that, after 10 rounds, has drafted 3 catchers, a second baseman with less than 50 at-bats, and some very suspect pitchers.

I'm guessing nothing can be done. At least I get to play him 5 times.
