Glaus @ SS
As I mentioned before, Glaus was used as an everyday shortstop in 2000RT1, and probably in other leagues as well. In 2000RT1, he put up gold glove stats at short, turning 120 some double plays!! Clearly, the ratings aren't working well in his situation.
Don't get me wrong, I like the flexibility PB gives you regarding players who are out of position. I once played Craig Biggio at third base for an entire season because I didn't have any better options. But I took a big defensive hit while doing so - Biggio committed 40+ errors that year. But somehow, Glaus is able to put up stellar numbers at short (better than he should be capable of at third) while only playing an inning or two at the position in real life. This, to me, is a glitch that needs to be fixed. If he was a more potent offensive player, this could really throw things out of whack, giving certain teams shortstops as good as A-Rod, Nomar or Jeter when they shouldn't have anything nearly that good. This is as potentially dangerous as the non-rated catcher situation.
