Will contraction be considered for the real-time leagues now that the off-season is upon us?

2000RT1 would certainly be a candidate. There are currently 4 unmanaged teams and a few more that are probably in danger of being abandoned. Contraction might help open up the trade markets in this league, and maybe others too.
