Here's my view on the issues on the table:

1)P.B cap at highest level or %125. The reason for parity in real life pro sports is to even the playing field due to the wide disparity of economic circumstances of the teams (i.e. cable contracts, etc.). It is not to even out disparities in the abilities of front office personnel and managers. That's what we are attempting to do on PB. While I would personally prefer no artificial limit, it appears the masses will rule and therefore I would like to see the limit at the highest level.

2)Everyone should be required to have 2 catchers on the active roster.

3)I favor a waiver draft in trad leagues.

4)I like the current 27 man limit.

5) I am fine with the current playoff limits of seldom used players.
