Here is my vote on the issues as a 13 yr veteran of PB:
1)- 125% PB cap-don't totally get rid of an owner's ability to build a topnotch team
2)-2 catchers on an active roster
3)-NO waiver draft
4)27 man roster cut
5)NO players below 50/20 allowed in playoffs
PB is still the greatest SIM out there, can't imagine a baseball season without it!
