I am saying yes only because such INN players are currently allowed to play in the regular season. It should just be the same. It does not make any sense that a player can spend the entire season on the roster.. and then not be able to play in the playoffs. A player should be either IN or OUT period. No matter if it's playoffs or not. If you don't want these players in the playoffs then they should not be eligable for the regular season.
