The new park effects, injury fixes and other minor changes in subjective player ratings will take effect as soon as John M re-runs the stats after the RT WORLD SERIES is wrapped up (both TRAD and RT use same park effects and we do not want to change before all RT games are over).

TRAD rookie and FA draft schedule: The original plan was to start rookie draft on 3/5 but I am guessing that it will be more like 3/11 or 3/18 with the FA draft starting a week later.

I will try to get this pinned down as soon as possible.
