I went on line and saw that we are gearing up for another RT season. Great news. Some time ago the question was posed about contraction in 99 RT 4, Mike responded that he considered that league a good candidate for contraction (presently 6 dead teams). Since the contraction draft has concluded in the non-RT leagues and it looks like we're about to open, any thoughts?
