Stick with it, if you need help, get a(some) founder(s) to help. There should always be a review of all trades.

If you can't do them all, then get some help from 1 or 2 people. Many owners look at all trades that are made, quickly evaluating who got the better of the deal, and if one player was fleeced.

No trade should go through if one owner is getting fleeced, but trades should go through if they help each team in some way. Finding the spot between very fair to very unfair can be difficult, but needs to be done.
