The only viable way for this to work (under curretn circumstances) is to have Mike continue to do it the way he always has.

Frankly, the rest of us should refrain from complaining if he asks for an explanation - it usually works that the deal comes out better. We need a strong force when it comes to "policing" trades and right now Mike is the best "cop". A Committee isn't going to work - it's too complicated.
