I can appreciate the tough situation that you have in approving trades, especially the high number of them. A committee approach would seem possible in theory but I believe it will cause more headaches than it will solve. There will always be debates about trades from different owners. Keep managing them the way you are! I've been a member of PB now for 5 years. You are the best defense against questionable deals. I think all of us owners are going to have to just accept your decisions on trades and live with them. Red flag the bad ones, give them 1 chance to adjust and if not, then drop the deal and move on to the next one.
