If Mike needs help, let's get him some..i.e. backup Commish with authority re trades when Mike can't timely review. But please....no committees. I've had tons of trades approved and a number questioned. I've gotten upset occasionally....although not for the last few years (must be Im getting older and more mature). The current system generally works.
