I certainly agree that Mike has done a good job but in the long run , how could he possibly have the time (assuming PB grows). The other concern is that in the case of an immediate rejection which Mike mentioned, the players should be frozen until the managers at least try to work it out. Personal opinions of value can vary considerably so once Mike points out his concern there should ALWAYS be an opportunity to move in Mike's direction rather than outright rejection UNLESS of course there is dishonesty or unfair practices, etc.
