I have time to do this with the current configuration and amount of leagues.

I do want a consensus that the present system is what the majority wants because when things get dicey I need the backing of the majority of owners to do the job quickly and efficiently.

I am trying to incorporate a part time commish to help when I am on the road.

I do in general approve trades between successful managers and trades involving lesser value in a prompt manner.

I am human and some trades I question will at times seem arbitrary or even unfair---especially by the parties involved.

Trades that are by definition "bad deals" will get through but most have been questioned and I subsequently have accepted a reworked deal that I might not like---because both parties really want to make the deal...

any committee approach will depend on a lot of varaibles and will end up costing us programming resources and time we would rather use on other more pressing issues. League elections are not programmed and informal ones like the ones we conduct to name reporters do not yield even one reporter per league!
