I think that the way it works now is going great. The amount of disputed trades is small and I think Mike does a great job handling them.
Mike has only questioned 2 trades of mine over the years, both times trying to save me from Baseball America Disease (The overvaluing of young unproven players) and both times he's been right in asking for a rebalance.
