I have had issue at times with some of Mike's decisions regarding trades (See Burkett for Fox and Rowand). But I think, for the most part, he dos a good job. He makes attempts to be fair, timely, and tries to maintain balance and integrity of the league. That there are sharpies who circumvent this process cannot be denied. But I for one, would rather a PB cap (or number of item cap) be imposed on individual trades than something that increases beaurocracy (SP?)and decease the speed with which trades go down.

It is the size and number of players involved in the trade that allow for the hiding of imbalance or potential imbalance.
