I definitely feel trades need to be monitored and not let unfair trades happen. The current procedure appers to be the best available way, if Mike is willing to continue that role. There are so many factors that make use of PB ratings, etc. useful, due to future potential, whether a team is rebuilding, or making a one year run. Of course, there will be disagreements. I thing it's best to let it be!
