I interpreted T Hart's comments to refer more to blockbuster trades than to PB value. I don't think blockbuster trades should be banned, however, as they do add some "spice" although often they also lead to imbalance.

These are the trades though where we REALLY need strong scrutiny by the COMMISH and where he should not be satisfied by minor tweaks by the perpetrators if he originally feels a trade is potentially detrimental to the league.

The opportunity for mischief is high in these multiplayer deals, such as someone who knows he is quitting PB and unloads his future to a friend.
