Just to note - I don't believe this type of trade happens very often or is really a problem. I was just trying to explain some miscommunication.

Personally I feel what I do with my team is my concern and while I don't mind having to explain to Mike my rational in making a trade, I don't want limitations on trades just because it might not end up being fair for both teams.
