I did, and you promptly responded (See posts above) I know how often you are incummunicado, and was thinking my best bet was one of the new Commishioners or or someone els ewho might have had a similar question in the past.
The response, while well-intended, consisted mostly of opinions and guesses mixed with some advice, and failed to give me the surety I was looking for.
