Yes, the original draft order that was listed months ago was indeed "random" but the whole purpose of reshuffling the order after the rookie draft and 27 man cut is that teams would not know their position in the FA order until they had already selected their rookies and made all of their trades.

The order that I see right now is no different than what was listed in January. Yes, it's random and not based on our records or PB value or anything else. However, it's supposed to be randomized/reshuffled/whatever you want to call it... after trades are frozen.
