William, please see the message posted above that includes the FA Draft Orders for the last two seasons. I used two independent methods to verify that Last Years picks are indeed the correct order as stated. The first being a simple database lookup for last years draft Order, and the second was a sorting of individual transactions as each player was placed on his team during last years draft. As expected both methods yielded the draft orders as posted. Your team had the 16th pick last year, and the 11th pick this year.
