There is no harm in the end but when things are done differently than they have been an ackowledgement of that would help people to feel that it's not a problem. Saying that it had been changed when it hadn't wasn't a good way to address it.
I also have a bunch of teams (not 16 though) and got some good & some bad slots. You can believe what you want but I was just pointing out something that seemingly done wrong judging by the previous years. Unless you got a top 5 pick (which I did) this draft isn't much anyway.
