Things should go as stated in the rules/procedures.

If for some reason that doesn't happen, we should get a full explanation.

Mike's post made it sound like the FA draft was set months ago, and they just didn't change it on Friday, but that was OK as no one knew. Later we hear from John they did re-run the program Friday, but the results were the same. Many people at first assumed it wasn't run at all when the order stayed the same. Now people might wonder why the program wouldn't produce new results each time.

Its not unreasonable to expect this to be explained to us better.
