We have run this thing every year randomly and this was the first time that this happened and EVERYONE including John was not aware of the problem!

In fact it was you guys who let US know...

Everyone was waiting with anticipation for the order to be released. Which is why we decided to stay with it as it was first posted.

As to our lack of organization, it is a function of lack of time to devote to this and more importantly the inability to do things exactly when they should be.

John M has a regular 9-5 and I am on the road 8-9 days out of every 14. The situation could well change if we can complete our promotional game (Instant-SIM play) and expand our customer base/revenue.

Until then all we can do is ask for your patience and understanding---over and over again (sigh!!!)
