This is not the first time that things were not clearly explained and I apologize.
Again this is a function of our situation but also the fact that no one is perfect---ever.
Although it is certainly your right to have the very best service, as you must know by now it is rarely what you actually get in ANY business or service that you might be associated with.
We could start a discussion group about our problems with telephone companies, mortgage companies, plumbers, car dealerships etc.---but that is not our function here.
I am sorry for the uneven service and will try to do better.
