With the constant checking of the purebaseball website to see what players I got in the draft, I'm reminded why I play this game. It's like Christmas morning, wondering whats in side all those pretty packages - Oh look, Brandon Larson, oh, what a good reliever in Holmes, 2nd round even. Wow, is that Benson I found in that box. What will I uncover next.

Great job owners on noticing the FA draft order error. John has assured us that he will fix this in the future. Like most things with Purebaseball, you can't always undo what has happened, but changes are made to fix the problem in the future.

I've seen many people post that they thought this FA draft was thin. I have the opposite view. Yes, if you are rebuilding, there wasn't many good young prospects; but I saw one team with 4 picks in the 1st round get 3 great relievers (all 8+) and a good young starter. They went from pretender to contender. Choosing for the 2nd round was also very easy for many of my teams, and I'll even be able to find a 4th starter in the 3rd round for one of my teams. This draft was definetly pitching rich.

Nice to see many of the owners get involved with voting on the issues for our game. Staying involved can only help our game.

We continue to hope that Mike and John can improve this game, as well as bring in more owners. They make mistakes, and have good and bad days, like all of us. Overall though, they have kept this going longer than many internet companies out there. Even if we never see another change in the future, I would play this game, as it is, for the rest of my life.
