I, for one, think you're doing a good job. When I read some of the posts sent (Including my own) I know how I would react if I were on the receiving end. Your last post shows me, once again, an individual capble of incredible even-handedness in the face of some harsh criticism.
I reserve the right to mention it when I feel something amiss. I only hope I can couch my angst as well as you do yours.
