The DUNEDIN DOVES and CMC TIDES of W9 have agreed on a trade that involves picks from next year's rookie & free agent drafts. I cannot write the trade up to submit it because there are no rookie or free agent picks showing on the trade submission section of my front office. Can you please check this or advise me what to do????
