Look at each players defense in depth.
Take a look at the ratings for range, DP's, errors, etc. Decide if your staff gets lots of K's, grounders, or fly balls, etc.
CF & SS most important positions.
Fielding pct most important defensive rating.
If you look at Wilkerson, his fielding pct is terrible in CF, so don't use him there, play him in LF or at 1B.
