More things change the more they stay the same. Leagues already have build in parity just a question of owners taking advantage. A team rebuilding can trade along with take advantage of two draft that offer 13 players total. real time leagues a added bonus "monthy free agent draft" even. Something suggested by quite a few owners that I feel will help is place more players in the draft by having us cut our rosters a little deeper to 25 hold players, upside expanded draft
; Thus in the draft if your trying to compete vs rebuilding you can draft accordingly. My vote is not to contract real time leagues.
