You hit the nail on the head Steve
The problem is that in today's world it is all about instant gratification. Why don't fans go out to watch losing teams? Because they are losing teams and everyone wants a winner.
Why doesn't anyone want to take over that .200 hitting team in RTXX? Because the team is a loser with no hope in sight.
Few people want a challenge - they prefer the easy road to the championship. I know many are thinking "Why should I pay $10 a month to lose constantly?"
These are the people who just don't understand baseball and the joy of building a winner.
I know... I've been "building" a winner for four years now. ;)
Until we can change people's views on winning, there will always be empty teams.
