That is what I meant... there aren't many people willing to take on a 4 or 5 yea project. This is why many topics of late have been about ways of achieving parity quicker (PB caps etc...).

As for my own experience, I've grown to love my sad sack team. Every year we get a little better. I thought this year I would win 50 for the first time... then I went out and was swept in my first 5 games - and I mean pounded.

The only thing that makes me happy is that I was away. I think things will be different when I'm at home :D
