I remember asking Mike about this a while back and he said the program adjusted statistics so that a homer hit in April has the same weight as a homer hit in September. I am not sure if this actually happens, but I do see slightly different pitcher ratings between last year's final RT and this year's TRAD. I remember I had Prior and Lackey at 6.2/6.8 and 6.4/7.0 at the end of last year and I see that there TRAD ratings are now lower.
